HNCA and Cargolux signed JV Airline cooperation Agreement and MRO JV cooperation Agreement, Guo Gengmao, Zeng Xianqi and Francois Bausch attended the signing ceremony.

Mr. Guo Gengmao, the Secretary of Henan Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Henan provincial People's Congress, Zeng Xianqi, Chinese Ambassador to Luxembourg, Francois Bausch, the minister of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure Industry of Luxembourg attended the signing ceremony.
